Council gate passed after repair. Four-lens Council review and the independent Spec review found the document complete; Standards review found one broken scorecard provenance link, now corrected. The PR changes only this dated research document. Latest Type Check and Mastra Eval Gate pass; Build passed on the immediately preceding doc-only head. Test/Biome/audit failures are unchanged current-main baseline failures in unrelated files/dependencies. |
