Finalize benchmark release surface and comparison artifacts

Summary

• add the Invisible Tea Party benchmark implementation, configs, schemas, tests, and shipped result bundles
• consolidate benchmark assets under benchmark/ and keep the published release surface lean
• archive non-essential working data outside the repo and update README/release docs to match what ships

Notes

• the feature branch history was rewritten into a single clean commit and force-pushed
• publishing/article files were moved out of the repo into /Users/adilevinshtein/Documents/publishing
• this opens the PR only; it does not merge anything
