Before requesting review, I have done the following:
Added some kubectl cmds to confirm karpenter is workings. Spoke with alex and there are a billion ways to configure a eks cluster with different nats and its all dependent on the client. So its very hard to had 1 yaml file that will stand up a cluster that will work with karpenter out of the box.
