Normalize CI to the Sundials.jl standard set via SciML/.github reusable workflows (pinned @v1): - Add Tests.yml caller (version matrix ["1","lts"]); repo previously had no Tests workflow. - Convert Downgrade.yml to downgrade.yml@v1 (kept disabled with if:false, julia-version 1.10, skip Pkg,TOML as in the original). - Convert FormatCheck.yml (Runic) to runic.yml@v1. - Convert SpellCheck.yml (typos) to spellcheck.yml@v1. - dependabot.yml: drop the crate-ci/typos ignore block; preserve the existing github-actions and julia (/, /test) update configs. TagBot.yml left unchanged. No docs/ dir, so no documentation workflow. No CompatHelper workflow existed. Repo was already Runic-formatted (verified locally) and passes typos cleanly.
