Support for armv7l AKA armhf #37

Running Ubuntu Core 16 on Raspberry Pi 3 B+

$ sudo snap install kubeadm --classic
error: snap "kubeadm" is not available on stable for this architecture (armhf) but exists on other
       architectures (amd64, arm64, ppc64el, s390x).

I'm going to look into how to PR a fix for this, but opening the issue for tracking just in case I drop the ball.
