Make code more user friendly

In this release all strings that relate to files in the dataset have been corrected from e.g. "Tiefe=0,3_A=40_F=0,35_try=1" to "Heat1". There was also a sign mistake in the Armijo condition, but this does not affect any previous results.

Release for revised paper

The main change compared to v1.0.0 is the correction of the forward and adjoint problem.

First release

With this release all plots for the paper "Bathymetry reconstruction from experimental data using PDE-constrained optimization" can be reproduced. @danielru @sgoetschel
