The `peerDependencies` being set to `3.8.21` was blocking me from installing mongoose `4.0.5` even though the version in `dependencies` is `^4.0.0`

Package.json has the Mongoose version set to
3.8.21inpeerDependenciesand^4.0.0in dependencies. The peer dependencies was blocking me from installingmongoose@4.0.5
