Independent acceptance at exact e503119: public_release_review accepted with one documentation fix. Reviewed exact source and focused setup38/UI34 passing tests; rendered actual dashboard in labelled loopback fixture at 1440x900 and 390x844. No mobile overflow; 16px explanatory/control text, 14px UUID metadata; keyboard confirmation, active -> cleanup_pending -> released, consent reset, same-reservation binding, published refusal and final focus passed. No implementation blockers. Synthetic UI review does not certify actual R2 cleanup/recovery, buyer intentional-deletion review, hosted deployment or public release. Reviewer fixture closed; this acceptance is not a deployment approval. |

Adds acceptance-gated customer controls for inspecting one exact unfinished upload and separately confirming release. Published uploads cannot be released; cleanup pending and lost replies preserve retry state and prior verified backups. No production, billing, schedule, Codex, or public-release mutation. Local evidence: 362 hosted tests passed before the final retry regression test; final setup38 and dashboard34 pass. Actual dashboard synthetic loopback interaction verified active → cleanup pending → released. Independent source and desktop/mobile rendered review is running. Actual-R2 cleanup/recovery and buyer intentional-deletion review remain required release work.
