Bump the lockstep version to 0.12.1 (plugin.json, marketplace.json, pyproject.toml, __version__, uv.lock) and add the changelog section for the index-path speedups merged in #1. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The repo's default GITHUB_TOKEN is read-only, so softprops/action-gh-release failed with 403 "Resource not accessible by integration" when the v0.12.1 tag was pushed (run 40079614235). Give the build job contents: write so it can create the GitHub Release and upload the wheel and sdist. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
