This release note claims every component is at 2.7.0, but 13 of the 14 components/*/package.json manifests still declare 2.6.0; only react-notifications was bumped. The rest of this commit moves install pins to v2.7.0, so omitting every form-specific release update leaves the newly advertised package on the old release path; update its README, guide, changelog, manifest, and lockfile together.
