Publishes QMReader iOS as a standalone, buildable open-source SwiftUI project.

Included

• Chinese-first bilingual README with real simulator screenshot
• Native feed, channel history, reader, refresh, caching, rewrite/translation modes
• Five bundled OFL Chinese fonts with provenance and reading subsets
• MIT license, security policy, contribution guide, issue and PR templates
• GitHub Actions logic test and unsigned simulator build
• Public signing setup with no personal Team ID committed

Verification

• ./run-reader-logic-tests.sh → PASS
• unsigned iOS Simulator build → BUILD SUCCEEDED
• Apple Development signed device build → BUILD SUCCEEDED
• installed QMReader 0.5.0 (10) on iPhone 15 Pro
