Owner decision: release the #200-#203 work as 0.5.1.
cargo-semver-checksreports no API break against 0.5.0. The CHANGELOG states that the embedded dictionaries changed behaviour, and that users can pin=0.5.0to keep the QuickFIX-based dictionaries.make version VERSION=0.5.1.ironfix-dictionary ^0.5, and the five view goldens are updated to match.cargo test --workspace, clippy-D warnings,check-licencesandcheck-spanishall pass.
