NC34 was released on 2026-06-09, so master is now NC35. Move stable34 into the regular test matrix, point the experimental lane at NC35 and drop stable31, which reached EOL in February 2026. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
