M5Stack Unit C6L用にWiFi(TCP)経由でコンパニオンアプリ接続するenvを追加。
_companion_radio_usbベース（M5StackUnitC6LBoard/ディスプレイ非依存）実機（Unit C6L、jp-v1.8.1相当のPI4IO修正込み）でビルド・書き込み・WiFi接続・スマホアプリ接続まで確認済み。
