A third pillar alongside Skills and Agent Signals: the workshop is the room where agents run on shared work, with memory and signals. - workshop/README.md -- the manifesto page (the switchboard problem, why the room outlasts the model, the cairn, principles, what a desk looks like, and the workshop <-> signals loop), plus the board screenshot - index: a "switchboard" CTA matching the existing Q&A pattern, and a What's Here row, cross-linked with Agent Signals Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
The workshop repo went public, so the landing page now links
github.com/jennyf19/the-workshop, swaps the "incubating" status for an
open-source "Get it" section, aligns the hook with the repo's tagline
("stop being the switchboard"), and uses the current board screenshot.
