GymPlan

Overview

A progressive web app (PWA) delivering a 5-day weekly workout plan adapted for common physical limitations including shoulder, back, and carpal tunnel issues. Installable directly to your iPhone home screen for offline access — no app store required.


Workout Schedule

  • Thursday–Monday active days
  • Tuesday–Wednesday rest days

All exercises are selected and modified to avoid aggravating shoulder, back, and carpal tunnel conditions while still providing an effective full-body routine.
