Finishes the bot end-to-end: it was runnable/dockerized but not deployed. - infra: opt-in (`-c enableBot=true`) public ALB Fargate service from Dockerfile.bot — containerPort 8080, /health check, DB access grant, and Bedrock invoke permission when a model id is set (factored a shared grantBedrockInvoke helper reused by web + bot). Slack signing secret is a Secrets Manager placeholder; Discord public key / app id / default user id come from context. Optional ACM cert + domain enable HTTPS (required by Slack/Discord); outputs BotUrl + BotSlackSigningSecretArn. Default deploys are unchanged (no bot unless opted in). - docs/bot.md: deployment instructions. Verification: infra typecheck clean; cdk synth clean both default (no bot) and `-c enableBot=true` (BotService/ALB/health/DB-grant/secret/outputs present); lint + workspace typecheck unaffected.
