Handle %f, %F, %u, and %U field codes. Should resolve #54

Note:

Do not spawn multiple copies of the program if it can only handle one file at a time (%f and %u).
Do not check if file(s) passed is a valid absolute path or URLs.
Do not download URLs as temporary file and pass to %f and %F.
