Two passes on chips/index.html only, no merge yet.

PASS 1 (fe40381) — mobile UX (390×844, 360×740 verified; desktop unchanged):

• 3D label legibility: hero labels hide non-focused chips on mobile; 8/chip cap + vertical de-collision in 'all' mode (24→15 visible); build-stage labels de-collided + capped at 10 on narrow canvases (DC stage 13→10).
• Touch targets ≥44px: .pill/.vbtn/.dpill/.mitem, flow-dots hit area, pin/vchange close buttons.
• Horizontal scrollers (.vpills/.diff-row/.ovl-ctrl/.flow-grid) get scroll-snap + right-edge fade affordance.
• body overflow-x hidden; #vchange clears the dock; tooltips capped at min(78vw,250px).

PASS 2 (e85ebd7) — accuracy + anti-slop, copy strings only:

• Spec numbers fact-checked via web; unverifiable claims softened/labeled ('est.', 'typical', '~').
• Slop removed (intensifiers, filler, hedged overclaims); every sentence carries information.
• Explanation depths sharpened: ELI5 plain-not-condescending, Expert genuinely expert.
• Honesty disclosures kept and extended ('illustrative, not to scale', 'not OCP-certified').

QA: headful Chromium, zero console errors (favicon 404 is file://-only). Screenshots: /tmp/qm1 (mobile pass), /tmp/qm2 (accuracy pass).
