Two changes, chips/index.html only:

1. Variant pills filtered by chip type

  • The View selector (All three / CPU / GPU / DPU) now also filters the variant pill groups: CPU shows only the 6 CPU variants, GPU only the 5 GPU, DPU only the 5 DPU; 'All three' shows all groups under their CPU/GPU/DPU headings.
  • Each chip keeps its own selected variant across type switches (selections are per-chip by design); syncVariantGroups guards against a stale selection by falling back to the chip's first variant and re-syncs the highlight.
  • The 'what changed' pulse/comparison card is untouched and verified working.

2. OCP / open-standards disclosure

  • Collapsible 'Open standards' note in the Physical build-up tab (verified against OCP Open Rack V3 base spec + vendor sources):
    • Tab depicts traditional enterprise gear: 19" 42U EIA racks, in-server redundant PSUs, rack PDU strips.
    • OCP Open Rack V3 instead specifies a 21" rack, centralized power shelves on a 48V-class busbar (no traditional PDUs), DC-MHS modular sleds, standardized liquid-cooling specs.
    • Shared with open practice: N+1 redundant power, spine-leaf fabric, hot/cold-aisle layout, liquid cooling for dense AI racks.
    • Models flagged as generic-industry illustrations, not OCP-certified.

QA: headful Chromium — CPU/GPU/All-three pill filtering, variant persistence across switches, what-changed card, OCP note (4 items), scale cluster spot-check, mobile 390px; zero console errors.

- Variant pill groups now follow the View selector: CPU shows only the 6
CPU variants, GPU only the 5 GPU, DPU only the 5 DPU; 'All three' shows
all groups under their CPU/GPU/DPU headings. Per-chip selections persist
across type switches; syncVariantGroups guards against a stale selection
by falling back to the chip's first variant.
- Physical build-up tab gains a collapsible 'Open standards' disclosure:
traditional 19in 42U EIA gear vs OCP Open Rack V3 (21in rack, centralized
power shelves, 48V-class busbar, DC-MHS sleds, standardized liquid
cooling); shared concepts named; models flagged generic, not OCP-certified.
