Add alias false-positive regressions

Summary

• add PATCH regressions for renamed type aliases, renamed constant aliases, renamed namespace constant class aliases, and renamed implemented-contract aliases
• verify those cases compare by resolved target rather than local alias spelling
• keep the new no-op cases in the manual suite and coverage run
