memory routes: accept a deployed agent's local token (today 401) and fence it to its own namespace on browse/search/collections/delete-chunk (recut 1/2 of tsk-lhbnd5) - #4018

memory routes: accept deployed agent local tokens and fence to own namespace
Previously, local tokens (TAOS_LOCAL_TOKEN from auth.mint_agent_local_token)
were rejected with 401 because check_agent_scope treated all Bearer headers
as registry JWTs. The auth middleware correctly sets request.state.via =
"local_token" and request.state.agent_name for bound tokens, but the memory
routes called check_agent_scope first, which failed JWT verification.
Fix: add _local_token_caller helper and check it FIRST in all four memory
routes (browse, search, collections, delete-chunk). For bound local tokens,
fence to the agent's own namespace using the same detail strings as the JWT
branch. For unbound host tokens, preserve existing admin behavior.
All 32 memory tests pass (10 new + 22 existing).
Docs-Reviewed: updated agent-coordination.md to document local token acceptance
for memory_read routes.
Bound agent tokens can browse, search, and access collections only within their own memory namespace. Requests targeting another agent’s namespace are denied.
Bound agent tokens cannot delete memory chunks.
Unbound host tokens retain access across agent namespaces, and registry tokens remain scoped to the caller’s own namespace.
Documentation
Clarified how memory access differs for registry tokens, bound agent tokens, and unbound host tokens.

Memory routes now accept bound and unbound local tokens. Bound tokens are restricted to their agent’s namespace for browse, search, and collection access, and cannot delete chunks. Unbound host tokens retain access across agent namespaces.

Summary
Token handling across memory routes tinyagentos/routes/memory.py, tests/test_memory_local_token_fence.py, docs/agent-coordination.md, changelog.d/tsk-agjabc-memory-local-token-fence.md
Browse, search, and collection routes apply namespace rules for bound local tokens and registry JWTs. Unbound host tokens retain access across agent namespaces. Bound local tokens receive 403 for chunk deletion. Tests cover these cases, and the documentation and changelog describe the token behavior.
Legacy deployed agents can now read other agents’ memory, and hard-deleted agents can retain access to surviving memory indexes. Resolve these credential-isolation gaps before merging.

request.state.via == "local_token" is set ONLY in auth_middleware after validate_local_token succeeds (lines 942/946 on dev); no client-controlled path can set it, so checking it before check_agent_scope is safe.
Bound token: browse/search/collections fenced to request.state.agent_name (403 on any other agent, own namespace substituted when omitted); delete-chunk refused (human-only), matching the registry-JWT rules.
Unbound host token: treated as the host admin, which is what the middleware already grants it everywhere else (is_admin=True). Today it 401s here only because check_agent_scope parses any Bearer as a JWT.
Registry-JWT and session paths unchanged (same code, re-indented).
Red proof is real: 10 FAILED (401) before, 10 passed after, all in tests/test_memory_local_token_fence.py, which ships in this PR.
Branch updated onto dev; waiting on CodeRabbit for the head. Auth path, so this stays needs-jay.

Add a host-token delete test for the unbound admin path.
The local-token fence tests cover only bound-agent deletion, which asserts 403. No test sends a successful unbound host-token DELETE /api/memory/chunk/{content_hash}. A regression that rejects host tokens on this route would not fail the suite.
The suggested test matches the route. For an unbound host token, the handler skips the 403 and posts {"hash": content_hash, "dbPath": ...} to .../delete-chunk. It returns the decoded JSON body with status 200. The test's stub, json keyword, and hash key match that contract.

Add a test alongside the local-token fence tests for successful unbound
host-token deletion through the admin path. Use the existing host-token client
and HTTP stub helpers to issue DELETE to the chunk route, then verify the 200
response body and that the `http_client.post` call targets `delete-chunk` with
the requested hash.
Assert the host-token dbPath in the search, browse, and collections tests.
These three tests check only the HTTP status. _stub_http ignores params and json, so a route that dropped the requested agent would still return 200. The bound-agent tests already read dbPath from the mocked client call, so the same check on the host-token tests closes the gap. The host path does not resolve agent names, so dbPath is deterministic for agent-b.

Correct the delete-chunk entry in the changelog.
The entry lists delete-chunk among the routes where bound agents are fenced to their own namespace. That wording suggests that a bound agent can delete chunks in its own namespace. The route denies every bound-token delete with 403, and the docs say delete is human-only. Remove delete-chunk from the fencing list and state the 403 result.

Unbind the local token in the orphan hard-delete path.
The orphan hard-delete branch in archive_agent_fully returns without calling unbind_local_token_agent. The removed agent's bound token still validates. It then reaches the new bound-token branch in memory_browse, which can read the retained index.sqlite. Before this PR, the route returned 401 for local tokens. Unbind the slug before the hard-delete return, as the archive path already does.

Stop unbound host-token callers from selecting another agent's memory namespace.
At base, memory_browse ran check_agent_scope first. A host-token Bearer is not a registry JWT, so it failed with 401. The new local-token branch now accepts the unbound host token and keeps the caller's agent value. Agents deployed before the per-agent token rollout keep that host token, so they can read other agents' memory. Bind agent-container access to its agent, or revoke the host token for those agents.

Lead adjudication of the CodeRabbit findings on 7aecd66. Not merging yet: Jay's go was conditional on CodeRabbit having nothing actionable, so this goes back to him.
Major, orphan archive paths skip unbind (memory.py:125): real, but it predates this PR and is wider than memory. In agent_archive.py, the hard-delete and tombstone orphan branches return before unbind_local_token_agent. The middleware maps every valid local token to the primary user with is_admin=True (auth_middleware.py, local-token branch), so that leftover binding is already an admin credential on every route, not only memory. Carded on its own: tsk-5tr6gd (red-first).
Major, unbound host token can name any namespace (memory.py:130): true, but it widens nothing. The host token is the admin credential by design (same-host trust, 0600 file), and it is already admin on every other route. An agent still holding it from before per-agent tokens holds admin regardless. Moving such agents onto per-agent tokens is a separate question, raised with Jay.
Minor, changelog wording: correct. delete-chunk is a 403 for bound tokens, not a fenced route. Fold the wording fix into a follow-up or into this PR before merge.

CARD TITLE (intent, not commit subject): memory routes: accept a deployed agent's local token (today 401) and fence it to its own namespace on browse/search/collections/delete-chunk (recut 1/2 of tsk-lhbnd5)
Autonomous build of board card tsk-agjabc.
test: harness-measured red for tsk-agjabc
RED-FIRST proof measured by the harness (measure_red.sh): the changed tests run
against product code at base fa5b0c2, then against this branch.
RED on the base:
GREEN on the fix:
memory routes: accept deployed agent local tokens and fence to own namespace
RED-FIRST proof:
FAILED tests/test_memory_local_token_fence.py::TestMemoryLocalTokenFence::test_bound_agent_search_other_agent_returns_403 - AssertionError: assert 401 == 403
All 32 memory tests pass (10 new + 22 existing).
Docs-Reviewed: updated agent-coordination.md to document local token acceptance
for memory_read routes.
