…raises (tsk-xwlixt) psutil.net_if_addrs() can raise OSError, and it runs outside probe_agent_buddy's socket try, so a failed interface walk aborted discovery instead of using the limited broadcast (CodeRabbit Minor, taOS-dev lead fold). Catch OSError there and return ["255.255.255.255"].
