- Line 3: Align the Python security-update claims in the changelog entry with
the dependencies shipped by the macOS build: regenerate requirements.lock using
its documented compilation command if the listed bumps are intended, or remove
the Python bumps from the entry if the lockfile should remain unchanged.

The Mac build installs tinyagentos/requirements.lock with --no-deps, so it still shipped pillow 12.3.0, aiohttp 3.14.1, anyio 4.13.0, certifi 2026.4.22, fsspec 2026.3.0 and urllib3 2.7.0. Upgrade only those six (pins aligned to uv.lock) and add the pypdf, python-slugify, tenacity and yt-dlp pins the lock was missing against pyproject.

merge master (beta.56 + Dependabot hotfix #3926) into dev
Hotfix for master: the same dependency bumps as #3925 (dev). Dependabot counts its alerts on master, and master is what installs run, so this is what closes the 7 critical and 35 high alerts.
Applied with the same commands to master's own locks (not cherry-picked, so master's lock stays consistent with master's pyproject):
Not fixable yet: braces 3.0.3 (no patched release).
Measured locally on Python 3.13 against this branch: every test file that imports PIL plus test_install_licences gives 318 passed, 2 skipped. Master has no scripts/install-constraints.txt, so the regeneration commit on #3925 does not apply here.
After merge: merge master back into dev.
