This PR adds an Azerbaijani (az) translation.

i18n/messages/az.json: 875 keys, all filled in, same order asi18n/messages/en.json.README.md:azadded to the language list, following the same line used to add Polish.i18n/project.inlang/settings.json:azadded to thelocalesarray.src/lib/helper/settings-form.helper.ts:az: 'Azərbaycanca'added tolocaleLabels, same map that lists every other locale.4 files changed, 881 insertions, 3 deletions.
