Enable OpenNext cache interception for prerendered documentation and update the adapter to 1.20.13, including the encoded-path middleware fix. Production build and workerd checks pass for cached HTML, titles and correct 404 status. All nine local check:ci gates passed, including 2,287 root tests, 16 production-docs tests and eight published-package tests. Commit and push hooks also passed.
