- settings builders and `Migrator` now use owned `self` chains - `SettingsFileInitializer::with_*_options` take the builder by value - `MigrationStatus` fields are private; use `tag()`/`applied()` accessors - `DbKind` and `ForceMode` are now `#[non_exhaustive]` - add `--no-sync` to `apply`/`redo` to disable the advisory lock - keep `Config` on `&mut self`
