Summary

  • publish an accessible account of the local-first coding-agent calibration pilot
  • report the bounded cost, quality, latency, and routing findings
  • link the public research release as the canonical source of evidence
  • distinguish the proposed v2 experiment from the completed pilot

Validation

  • bundle exec jekyll build
  • ruby test/site_identity_test.rb (17 runs, 241 assertions)
  • repository pre-commit suite, including Go tests and public project contract
  • git diff --check

The research release preserved the calibration evidence but lacked an accessible narrative connecting the cost result, false acceptance, and confirmatory no-go.

Add an evidence-linked post that explains the three-policy pilot, bounded findings, power reassessment, and methodologically separate v2 direction.

Future v2 results should receive a separate post after prospective calibration and must not be pooled with this pilot.
