Name the GPU a benchmark used; add an Arm data point - #13

benchmarks/run.py took the first nvidia-smi line, which named the RTX A400 for a run on the RTX 4060 of a two-GPU host. It now asks CuPy for the current device, and reads the CPU model from lscpu on Arm. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fix
benchmarks/run.pyrecorded the GPU as the first line ofnvidia-smi, which ignoresCUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES. On cfl-test-bench (RTX A400 and RTX 4060), a run on the RTX 4060 was labelled "NVIDIA RTX A400". The numbers were the 4060's: up to 4× the A400's on the large configurations. The script now asks CuPy for the current device's name. It also reads the CPU model fromlscpuon Arm, where/proc/cpuinfohas no model name, so it reportsNeoverse-N1instead ofaarch64. Checked on both cards withCUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICESand locally (x86, Quadro P620).Data
