🎨 Palette: Add ARIA labels to icon-only buttons

💡 What: Added aria-label attributes to icon-only buttons (close history button in Accounts, remove member button in Households, and delete transaction button in Transactions).
🎯 Why: To improve keyboard navigation and screen reader accessibility for interactive elements that lack visible text.
📸 Before/After: Visuals remain unchanged. Screen readers will now announce "Close history", "Remove member", and "Delete transaction" instead of unlabelled buttons.
♿ Accessibility: Ensures that users relying on assistive technologies understand the function of these buttons.
