lang-rust resolves use/mod imports, but a call written as crate::math::add() with no use statement only produces an Unknown ref. The scoped_identifier path text carries the full module path; resolve it against the crate root like use-paths are resolved (crates/lang-rust/src/lib.rs, resolve_use_path machinery is reusable). Surfaced while fixing #20.
