crates/cli/src/format.rs emits vitest commands for ts. Some repos use jest; both accept -t patterns but the binary differs. Idea: detect the runner (jest vs vitest in package.json devDependencies, cached at index time or checked at format time) and emit the matching binary. Tests live in format.rs unit tests plus one select.rs e2e.
