testless why <test-id>: explain a selection #14

Debug/trust command from the design spec: print the edge path from a change seed to a selected test (changed add() -> called by fmt() -> test \"formats\"). Walk already computes reachability in crates/core/src/walk.rs; this needs path recording + CLI formatting.
