Precision: seed deleted-file importers instead of run_all #13

classify currently answers any deleted source file with run_all (sound, coarse — see crates/core/src/classify.rs rule 2). Better: seed the module_init of every file that imported the deleted path (old graph edges/cached extractions know them).
