56-66: Keep the loading spinner for the initial fetch only.
fetchTourssetsloadingto true on every call, and the spinner replaces the whole list during each load. After a save, the parent callsfetchToursagain.onTourMutatedthen callsonStatusChanged(stage)in the parent. If that callback refetches the stage tree, the section can remount.
