Bump to unreleased revisions that migrated off the deprecated gogo/protobuf: go-libp2p-pubsub master (libp2p/go-libp2p-pubsub#706) and go-libp2p-pubsub-router (libp2p/go-libp2p-pubsub-router#110). gogo now enters the build only through cockroachdb/errors (pebble). - go-libp2p-pubsub v0.16.1-0.20260630191257-c5dab1f8e8fe - go-libp2p-pubsub-router v0.6.1-0.20260702185440-e5d154b073cd

Bumps go-libp2p-pubsub (master) and go-libp2p-pubsub-router to the first gogo-free revisions, so the deprecated gogo/protobuf now enters kubo's build only through cockroachdb/errors (pebble will, hopefully, remove it at some point too).
