Build and test Python 3.15 wheels - #266

Add cp315 to the cibuildwheel build list and the 3.15 classifier, pin cibuildwheel to >=4.1 so CI picks up the 3.15 targets, and add 3.14 and 3.15 to the test matrix. Closes #265 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
