As ThermalMonitor got removed, power group leftovers can be removed as well.
Not sure whether this is the way to go or whether there may be other clients.
As data/org.freedesktop.thermald.conf got policies removed for power group users, getting rid of power group (also in rpm/spec/distro scripts) seem the way to go.
