Just an idea that might be worth considering. Organizing the various illumina platforms under "illumina" and pacbio/ont under "long_read" with "meaning" pointing to a public ontology (I chose EFO since it seemed to have all of the things I searched for at bioportal). The actual machines were enumerated by gemini, and I didn't verify all of them, just the handful I added meanings to.
