- Added future enemy arrivals that need to be dealth with to the ships_to_send in ReturnForMove - Added separate stricter calculation for calculating return on invading a neutral planet.
- Modified logic dealing with losses to neutrals in ReturnsForMove - Included back additional growth turns, but made them start at kTurnsPergame - horizon, and decrement with each game turn.

Hey, thanks for opening the pull request, and going through the effort of making the updates! Honestly, this repo has been dead for so long, and is so far in the past for me, that I don't even remember what's going on in it. You're much better off forking it and developing it on your own. I don't really foresee myself reviewing pull requests or testing any proposed changes. |
