Reading-navigation and style-freshness patch. No configuration, route, machine-format, public CSS token or dependency change.
Qualification (local): 308 unit tests OK, ruff clean, check + audit --strict clean, doctor shows only the expected pending v1.2.3 tag error, wheel+sdist built and both qualified from fresh envs.
