Fix system theme

The system theme is now working as intended along with the light and dark modes.
I’ve made the changes as described. Please let me know if any further edits/adjustments are needed. Happy to contribute!!

Hi, thank you very much for your PR! Unfortunately, it didn’t work as expected in my tests.
I tested it on Safari and Firefox on macOS, and also tried adjusting both browser and system-wide settings — but I couldn’t notice any visible change.
