A new method added moveSubscriptionToList that moves a contact between lists. Also, to make it work a fix was added to makeCall to handle json PUT calls correctly.

iContact API seems to say the status isn't required, but I could never make it work without it. After seeing that you included it in your function, I gave it a try and it worked. |

New method moveSubscriptionToList added to move a contact (represented by subscription) to another list. To do that also a fix was added to makeCall method to send requests with json-encoded body. Also, an example of the new method was added to example.php.
