CONTRIBUTING.md still referenced yarn as the package manager, but the project migrated to pnpm on June 11, 2025 in commit 4fb7c25 ("Housekeeping: replace yarn with pnpm"). It also referenced Prettier as the formatter, but formatting and linting were migrated to Biome on May 13, 2026 in commit 4539e81 ("Switch linting & formatting to biome").
