The dock stays fine if I boot with my external monitor connected, but as soon as I disconnect the monitor, it disappears (even though hovering my mouse over the place where the dock is intended to be shows the names of the programs).
Even plugging the monitor back in does not help. Tried all the modes, even the only primary display mode dock also, the issue still persists.
I suppose when the state changes (all the files on the second screen's desktop flies back to the one screen left), is when the dock randomly disappears.

Edit: Upon further usage, it also turns on that it gets jittery and flickers on the Brave Browser (This is when the PC was booted up with the secondary monitor already connected).
Note: Brave Browser was pinned on the Dock.
