Opened applications not visible

Hi,
I just installed this extension (in version 86) on a fresh Zorin OS.
I can't see opened applications in the dock if they are not pined to it, is it normal?

I'm having the same issue after upgrading from Ubuntu 25.10 to 26.04, Gnome 50.

I also tried the #308 version. Same issue.

I can't see any icon other than the "apps" one and the ones toggled via the extension settings (like download folder, trash, etc), not even the pinned ones.
Version of #308 on Ubuntu 26.04 (Gnome 50)

There is some reasoning behind the regression in stability. #307. Please post logs so we can make the extension more stable. Thanks for your patience.
