- Renamed the backend CI workflow display name from "CI" to "Backend CI" and added a bare workflow_dispatch trigger. - Dropped the stale "main" push trigger from backend-ci.yaml; the package develops on version branches only. - Stated php-version explicitly on every composer-install action step instead of relying on the action default. - Guarded the piped code style check with "set -euo pipefail" so a failing check-cs is not masked by cs2pr. - Removed the pr-assign workflow, superseded by the reviewers workflow.
