Point only regression-oss-setup3 (PHP 8.4/Node 22/MySQL 8.4/Solr 8/Redis latest) at the IBX-11919-encore-prod-on-ci fix branches. setup1/setup2 go back to gh-workflows@main with no ci-scripts-branch override, to validate the fix in one job instead of three.
