Description:
Sync of the YAML→PHP Behat configuration migration from
mainontok8s-satis: cherry-pick of #113 (the three multirepository setup invocations now preferbehat_ibexa_oss.phpwhen the edition ships it, falling back to the YAML file). Without it, multirepository jobs on this branch break once ibexa/behat 6.0 drops the YAML configuration (ibexa/behat#201).The other
main-only commit (#115, rector php-version input) is unrelated to the migration and not included.For QA:
Multirepository browser jobs running through this branch must stay green on both Behat 3 (YAML) and Behat 4 (PHP) editions.
