The anchor marker (the 16x16 icon rendered beside any anchor in html-edit) is not showing
Instead, there is a 404 for /bundles/ibexaadminui/img/icons/link-anchor.svg
So the fact that icon set was moved from admin-ui to admin-ui-assets in 5.0 is not reflected. This PR fixes that
